They do it every weekend from 6 am - 8 pm! I've been a builder with my Father for years when younger and pretty sure its around 7 am you can start with the real noise until around 5-6 pm but work to around 9 pm but complaints do sod all -_- and that sucks, sister suffers from that badly :(
