Cotillion:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 10:11 am
On the other hand, i had my car aligned (well the wheels) and the guys failed to screw the protecting plate back in to place properly... So this morning i heard a loud scraping sound from under the car... Not something you want when you have the first real drive with your new car... wraaaaaahhhh...
MrsSekhmet:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 10:10 am
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand they are gone.. lo
MrsSekhmet:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 10:10 am

Cotillion:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 10:09 am
One clogged drainage pipe and 4 guys that can't fix it... I don't want to live on this planet anymore.
MrsSekhmet:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 10:08 am

MrsSekhmet:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 10:08 am

Cotillion:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 10:08 am

MrsSekhmet:

Ah well, they are with the three of them, so i think it will be fine again..
MrsSekhmet:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 10:07 am
yeah he told me he doesn't mind doing the shed, but he dislikes it when people's toilets are clugged. The money he gets for it is not enough for what he has to do.
Cotillion:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 10:06 am
You had Luigi there and he couldn't fix it and now Mario has to come?
Silkie:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 9:54 am
Sometimes I think plumbers delight in doing stuff like this. I guess it's why I taught myself the basics of household plumbing so I only have to hire one for major things.
MrsSekhmet:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 9:24 am
and he is gone again and another guy has to come to suction out all the teeny tiny rocks...
MrsSekhmet:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 9:24 am
haha good morning
Silkie:
Mon Mar 30, 2015 9:16 am
That's a quotable right there. Good morning.
MrsSekhmet:

I have no problems with my metabolism as a almost 38 year old... still functions like a motherf*cker :D
Silkie:
Sun Mar 29, 2015 6:29 pm

Shuriken:
Sun Mar 29, 2015 6:22 pm

Silkie:
Sun Mar 29, 2015 3:44 pm
Young people and their metabolisms. Makes yer sick/jealous.
Cotillion:
Sun Mar 29, 2015 1:37 pm
Normally after running i eat an apple or something. But as i had something to celebrate i bought Ben and Jerry's XD... couldn't resist :D
Shuriken:
Sun Mar 29, 2015 11:12 am
You only lose mass if you're doing too much running. A balanced exercise regime requires good cardio. There's some contention about the effects of eating immediately after a run but mostly that's focussed on consuming large amounts of calories as a main meal as opposed to a recovery snack
Cotillion:
Sun Mar 29, 2015 8:03 am
No muscle mass loss here. I do workout for that as well.
Silkie:
Sun Mar 29, 2015 3:29 am
I don't fancy the loss of muscle mass associated with running. It kind of depends on the ice cream.
Shuriken:
Sun Mar 29, 2015 12:12 am
Even better if it's chocolate ice cream. Me, I had cheeseburgers
Shuriken:
Sun Mar 29, 2015 12:11 am
There's at least 3g of protein in a serving of ice cream. You need like 50g more a day but it's not the worst thing to eat after running lol
Cotillion:
Sat Mar 28, 2015 10:16 pm
Ow, i had icecream as well. btw XD... But then i did run 12km tonight. so a bit of icecream can't hurt me to celebrate \o/

Sat Mar 28, 2015 10:03 pm
Filter coffee (strong) and strudel with custard. No beer for it is a training night. Tomorrow maybe a Moscow Mule or two.

Sat Mar 28, 2015 9:44 pm
Then I shall get myself a damn good lager. :D
Cotillion:
Sat Mar 28, 2015 9:34 pm

Sat Mar 28, 2015 7:40 pm
Chinese food why you so good
Shuriken:
Sat Mar 28, 2015 6:35 pm
Yeah, with even just a little steering it could be a much richer experience and less annoying each update to boot. The career update is nice but it only really comes into its own when you add mods that also add their own missions/parameters
Slavechild:
Sat Mar 28, 2015 6:16 pm
game*
Slavechild:
Sat Mar 28, 2015 6:16 pm
mhmm, the last update I bothered to wait for was the nasa one and it felt so empty as they had spent so much time at events and getting the gamer into schools .. all advertising fluff :-/
Shuriken:
Sat Mar 28, 2015 4:52 pm
Haha tell me about it, I go through weeks/months of being in a huff every time. It's coming along without the mods but they really should put proper mod support in sooner rather than later
Slavechild:
Sat Mar 28, 2015 9:16 am
Shuriken I sort of miss that game but the slow updates annoyed me, especially since ever update broke all the mods and then you had to wait for the mods to update.

Spent an hour putting a base on the mun in KSP, mission required research lab. Landed lab, no lab. Apparently when they say research lab they mean mobile processing lab and not research lab. *facedesk*
