Just go to any Trade Server and get any Scrapbanker. All old weapons go for exactely 1 scrap. And your tag is worth 2 scraps to 1 rec, so more than that.
All weapons in all qualities: Unique Quality [??/??] // Vintage Quality [49/49] // Genuine Quality [14/14] // Strange Quality [50/50] // Unusual Quality [1/1]
All Genuine Items: [47/47]
All Vintage Hats: [38/55]

No. You could do the same for yourself as you can just downgrade metals in the crafting screen.

Scrapbankers are players who are spending time on trading servers and buy 2 random weapons for 1 scrap. That beeing said, people who have non-corresponding weapons (such as a spy weapon and a sniper weapons) can't smelt them to a scrap metal, so they sell it to the scrapbankers.
Scrapbankers are then making profit with reselling the acquired weapons for 1 Scrap each. So this way, with patience, they are slowly earning metal. If everything goes wrong, they can still just smelt all the weapons they got and get their investment back.

Slow, but secure way of making metal. I for myself prefer higher risk trades as it means more metal in a shorter time, however, my investment is higher of course. But Scrapbankers are pretty useful for the other players.

It's worth noting that I don't do scrapbanking for a profit so no one really comes better off. More info can be found in my Scrap Metal Exchange thread.

Any idea how much Teddy Roosebelt is these days?

I have Teddy, Prairie spurs, and a Genuine Pip-Boy for my Engie Misc slot - and might be getting another Teddy in the next few weeks...

Pad.

Right, using anything that isn't my main hat/accessory for each class or my Max/Bills head. Does anyone know if Id be able to get any unusuals?
I want to know since I want to start my quest to get a circling heart Scout/Solly/Heavy hat but I don't really know the value of unusuals or what stuff in my backpack is worth :(

It'd be easier to tell if you could give us a value of everything in terms of metal/bills/buds.

The first thing you'd have to do would be selling your stuff. The only things that are accepted in unusual trading are, keys, bills, earbuds, max. Sometimes you can get away with other rare promos (big kill), but it's best not to rely on it.
That beeing said, you have a big kill (=buds) and v. Lugermorph (=bills) as well as some vintage hats and a teddy. If you have no clue at all about prices, use http://tf2spreadsheet.blogspot.com/ . I personally hate it, but you don't have another choice to get started.
buds = 2 bills = 11 keys = 22 - 25 refined metal.
You won't get any unusual for less than 1.5 buds (1 buds, 1 bills).
If you sell everything, you might go around 2 buds or a little higher.
That might give you the crappies heart unusual ever, but only if you push it. IF you however add your Max to the equation, you can basically play "pick your own hearts", as max = 4.5 buds by itself.

Unrelated, I want your Stahlhelm and Pilotka when they become tradeable. x)

This is really the wrong place to ask the value of your unusual, you should check sourceop.com or unusualtradingcommunity.com

chef hat is high tier hat. searing plasma is mid tier effect. still, should score quite some buds, around 6-8 maybe, but thats just a very rough estimation. got to the mentioned sites, there you'll get better help than mine.

I am regularly on sourceOP and I've asked on unusualtrading before, but I never get an answer.
