you get a warranty on a pre built system just return to base that gives you peace of mind.

what games you gonna play then Dave? that has a big effect on what you need hardware wise but that looks ok to me the CPU is maybe a bit average but should handle things with 16 gig of ram to should speed things up. i had a 128 Gig SSD as my main drive and it filled up in a few months so i would say if you could afford to upgrade it to a 500g it might be better. it is susprising just how much the OS can fill out when you add stuff.

i had a similar set up but had 120 Gb for my windows installation but i found that after 2 months the drive was full. over time the windows install grows whether you want it to or not. i am looking at another ssd for my windows stuff but have decided to go for a 500Gb just call it futureproofing. it is only advice and if your only going to have windows and a couple fo games etc then you might well be fine. but as it stands i have a redundant (and what was at the time very expensive) doorstop in my computer. I also had issues at times with steam installing games on a different hard drive for some reason things like nvidia geforce experience had trouble recognizing the games on a different drive.

if all your going to do is browse the net and play a few games then yeah a 250 Gb should be sufficient. I just simply ran out of space on my 120 Gb drive.

I think the memory is a little overkill... maybe drop it to 1666 mhz or 1866 mhz and bet better graphics card :P
but thats me... The rest sounds, but you can save a little more by going AMD over Intel, especially as you will be primerally gaming and not rendering video.... maybe a few things to consider, along with a self build

i see a lot of systems with 16 gig memory (including my own) but i doubt there are any games out there that need that much, however video/image editing can make use of that much.

this article (not what i base my comments on) does seem t back that up.

Ok I'm going to change the SSD to a 500 instead of the 250GB so then I will have a 500 and a 1TB I can update the graphics at a later date if I need to.as for changing the memory I will not save a lot at all if I change it so it's staying As it is
