Thanks sunshine for the tip, got my booking done for 6 nights with breakfast, so glad I have my own credit card to verify booking and to pay for tickets. All I need to do now, is get my transport sorted which is probably boat and train.

Just bought my ticket for i45 so I am skint. I need to focus on transport/spending/accommodation for i45 before I even consider 46. Does this mean that those who opt to not buy their 46 ticket now will miss out on the earlier/early bird fees?

Gah annoyingly the hotel that sunshine pointed out the deals weren't available today! I've booked @ the grays hotel for £52 a night and its a bit of a walk, but its cancellation so can always cancel and rebook at a closer hotel if it gets cheaper =D

try the holiday inn thats next door to the telford international

also try all the discount websites - do a search on the hotel itself and see what special offers are available :)

Hmm, things seemed to have disappeared from the websites. Will give them a call later on.

For i45 they have the same deal on as last year. Is it worth an extra £9/night for a nicer hotel...

they may have caught on that multiplay have released their tickets for the event and therefore have reserved for a block booking for them

The international was fine imo - not looking for a luxury hotel by any means, just somewhere to get my head down for the night and have a shower etc in morning/noon/night
