CS Go Lag / rubber banding

Hey guys,

so by now I'm sure most of you that play cs go have heard of rubber
banding or experienced the lag they generously gave users to give
all cs go users a fair playing experience. Well for me the fair experience
is starting to bug me. I've been reading around a little and have still
not found any solutions to the lag. I heard about something called sv_maxusrcmdprocessticks
which is a command that can be changed server side.

Does anyone have any suggestions what I can do to play without the lag ?
If not I'll just go back to css

I haven't been on the ukcs go servers yet. But from past experience with the servers im sure the admins have them set up correctly.

I was having something similar a while back and it turned out that having my on-board sound on the same time as my sound card caused it. You might also want to try

Right click playback devices
Choose Speakers
Un-tick Give exclusive mode application priority.

& or

1. Open the Registry Editor. (Start>Run>regedit)
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile\
3. Set the "NetworkThrottlingIndex" value to FFFFFFFF hexadecimal. (Default value is 10).
4. Restart your computer.

Thanks for the help, I'm sure the admins have the servers running perfectly
I was not trying to say any different. It's just that the sv_maxusrcmdprocessticks command is for users running servers and I was just wondering if anyone knew a personal solution for people that don't run servers. This problem follows me
to every server, its a general cs go problem that has been happening to a lot of different players from different countries. I don't have any lag issues with any other multi-player games and this is a well known problem, unfortunately there is just no solution, at least none that I've found.

And Info

Sorry if I'm a little confusing, for some reason I find it hard to make sense these days lol  too much on my mind.
