I'll look into it, the fix was to prevent people constantly from getting outside the map.

it's terrible, no idea why it has been considered at all

I enjoy pariah_x I feel it offers a changed gameplay - what with CT's being able to rush the bridge, yet I feel it stronger for T's to take the middle / go containers.

Going by general ratings it has a higher rating than the normal pariah - although take that with a pinch of salt as pariah has a lot more ratings than pariah_x does.

In addition just asking to remove it without providing any real reason why other than saying normal pariah is better is useless. Why is normal pariah better? How could pariah_x be improved?

Constructive criticism / feedback is much more likely to bring about map changes.

On a side note de_spezia & de_red_roofs should be added to rotation on #1 and #2. With another 2 maps waiting on judgement by me.

A better question would be "Why change what is widely regarded as one of the best maps ever used on the server?" It is very hard to say why pariah is so good other than that it just plays perfectly. Any changes are practically guaranteed to make it worse and they have. The balcony is now practically impossible to rush as a T and that was 1 of the fundamentals of the map. I can understand changes to Paz as that was clearly flawed but pariah was clearly not.
CT's have always been able to rush the bridge and T's containers, if you're looking for unbalanced maps legos is far worse yet again one of the most popular on the server.

LazyGun I see the rushing of the roof by the Ts as a bad thing. They could take it over too easy and stroll to the bomb site from there for an almost guaranteed win. I plan to make more changes to that roof section to balance it more for a CSGO version of the map so hopefully I can do something to satisfy everyone

I understand that and it's true that it is a bit T biased but that's not necessarily a problem, the important thing was that it was so much fun to play. Parthenon is also a T biased map but also one of the best maps on the server. Pariah_x is ok for the occasional change but it's all we get now on both servers.
Anyway, I'll take this chance to thank you for creating my all time favourite map (along with Parthe and D2 :) ) I appreciate the effort that you must put in.

dust2_csgo is very laggy in general, lots of people have this issue. I know you want it to show off csgo but its been on for a while and really needs to be discontinued

alpine facility - just an awfully designed map, constant glitches in T spawn, laggy hitboxes like you have never seen before, map is generally laggy. Limited places to rush, far too complex so much so after 30 seconds noone can find anyone.

People vote for it because they expect something with vampires and other Dracula related stuff - it always turns out into a massive campfest by the terrorists in the hostage room. And for CT side, IF they even try to rush in it becomes a blocking chaos and everyone dies cuz of the camping terrors. Plus whenever it comes on an admin skips to another map.

Dust_2,

i know it's a great map, it's THE CS map even, one could say legendary.

but really, it's way too small for the servers, it's really unplayable with 40 people, it's just too small.
both teams will put up campingspots all over the map, only thing thats missing are campfires and guys singing ''Kumbaya my lord"

but back too the point, it's not really fun too play with too many people. it's to small atleast put an extended version in the map rotation.

De_icework needs to go. It is anything but fun to play on UKCS 1 with 64 players. It is a tiny map with only two main routes to get to the bombsites which are constantly being watched by half the team. Would rather have maps like cbble where there is at least some space to move.

I don't think I am alone in disliking this map, half my friends list quits the game when it is voted as next map and there are usually people complaining about how bad the map is in chat. I'm not sure if any admins still play CSS but if they do they could probably back me up on that one.

I agree with JB.
You can camp it and get the odd kill each round or you can rush, possibly get a kill and sit and wait for the next round. Either way, a lot of waiting.
I have when less people been on, successfully taken the lower bomb site but when there is a full server, you hit a wall of 5+ CT's each time.
