Well at least i've provided some evidence, you still haven't and seem to keep avoiding having to.

So the ball's still in you guys' court.

And until you do the discussion is going nowhere :(

More bullying, although more by other prisoners than guards per se:

Read the sentence... Then read back in this post.. He had Child-porn Offences that is unnacceptable to other inmates.. As is: Rape and pedofiles.

As it has to do with Children I guess he's half pedofile and this is why they bully him...

You were the person to claim guards beat prisoners so the burden of proof is on you. It's a similar arguement used on christians when debating the existance of god.

We dont have to prove god doesnt exist, The person claiming he does exist has to prove that he does. Untill they do its nonsense.

So its your job to prove to us that it does happen and how you know it does.

This is going nowhere fast.

Actually because the mainstream idea held by most people is that prisons are quite rough i'd of thought your god argument would be reversed, as in YOU should be the one proving it doesn't happen.

Besides i've already provided proof of why i think it happens and STILL YOU'VE PROVIDED NOTHING.

It seems to be going like this:

Me - I think it does happen, heres proof: (proof)

You - It doesn't happen. It just doesn't.

Me - But i think it does also because of this: (proof)

You - IT DOESN'T. IT DOESN'T HAPPEN.

Me - You're not backing up your arguments with anything, this is pointless. I give up.

Anyway i'm done here this is boring now.

The mainstream idea held by almost 5 billion people is that a god exists, The burden of proof is still on them. You do realise that just because an idea if popular doesnt make it true right?

Personally, I only hate people when they are capable/liable to do something I hate to me or anyone else.
So if someone murdered my mother, I would want them dead. However, I would also be happy for them to be locked up for a very long time, so that I know they are not capable of crime or liable to any longer. They both work. But from an innocent person's point of view it's a clear choice.
So what is the point of capital punishment - where is the justice? The victim's friends and family are meant to feel better? I don't think it's that simple. It doesn't change anything. It's the ultimate punishment for the ultimate crime? Life imprisonment works fine. It saves money? It is not without cost: the chance of an innocent execututed at some point; the legal battles fought by those on death row; an executioner taking life in the name of the law.
Calling for the death penalty is a nasty form of human nature. It's a sentimental act that serves no objective purpose. If you are to execute criminals, why stop at murder? We could kill every criminal to wipe out crime, but we don't. So murder is worthy of capital punishment just because it's a life for a life?
Why should it be a life for a life? Explain that and by all means go ahead with the death sentence.
