Philip Zimbardo on "The Secret Powers of Time"

This is nicely done and food for thought.

"In this wonderfully animated video, Professor Philip Zimbardo (of the famed Stanford Prison Experiment) "conveys how our individual perspectives of time affect our work, health and well-being. Time influences who we are as a person, how we view relationships and how we act in the world."

I've met Phil at a reading in Oregon once and he's quite a nice guy. I admire him as a psychologist and I love his books.
His theories and ideas about time are not really new but I like his self-evaluation chart about what your time persona is like.
