new PC 2017

Hi, the topics on building PC sets are outdated so pardon me opening another topic.

I have sometime to play now and since my FPS-gaming blood is still in my vain  so I like something like CallofDuty, Farcry, Crysis, Battlefield ..

I'm aiming for the $500 and $700 here https://thegreatsetup.com/how-to-build-a-gaming-pc/

My set will be for long-term use, do you guys think the sets are accountable? I'd like to try new games too but I'm dead blind about the requirement and systems. ...
