There is a fault with the Realtek update from Win7, you'll need to download the latest from realtek or ones from your mobo CD should be fine.
In general do not download device updates from Windows update unless you have a problem with your device and that particular update will fix your problem.

btw you have lower ping and a lot less jitter than I do to the same server (Milton Keynes) over a greater distance. Ping test, as in speedtest.net, that people show, are not much use for an accurate ping of what they would achieve to the servers. They merely show a snapshot to the test server at that moment in time over many routes.
