Not sure about the PNY one, but I know for a fact that the Gainward card is already overclocked, and can possibly be pushed a little further, hence the "Golden Sample" tag.

I'd go for the gainward one personally, but that's only cos i've had gainward in the past and I was pleased with the performance back then.

Either way, ur getting a very powerfull card :D .

Go Gainward for sure, one of if not the best manufacturer of NV cards.....Golden Sample models are already overclocked and tested to make sure they run stable at the clocked speed.

PNY is just another brand, nothing special about them at all.

:D

I do not recommend Gainward.
The company is being sold off (Palit are buying them apparently)
The UK arm has gone into liquidation and their assets are being sold off, the UK site now links to the German arm which still have active forums though.

I do not know the state of current RMAs, warranties etc... but i wouldn't bother with getting them, not worth any hassle you might have.

PNY on the other hand, very good company, good customer service and lifetime warranty.

If I was to get a new card right now, its either a BBA/MSI X800Pro/XL or 6800GT from Leadtek, PNY or MSI
