blocking ip address

running windows 7, checking my windows login, some dude i chain keeps trying to guess my password for my msn account..

his ip address is 222.244.176.117

he obviously not got anywhere but i wondered if there was a way i could block it ?

running f-secure via virgin media, cant find anywhere to block an ip address? should i concern myself or let him keep trying?

could you post the actual error you have found from your event logs?

Have you enabled port forwarding onto your machine?

What is your external ip? (http://www.ipchicken.com)

Have you tried run tracert ip command on this to see how far away from you he is? Then you see if its a local or chinese

You can block IP's through your firewall settings.

Which O.S. are you running ?
