Has anyone else had problems from this site? I have been trying to get in contact with them coz my order isn't going through but they never answer the phones and now i cant replace my order on the site. seems like a 2 bob company to me with no customer service what so ever.

100% correct, I will never spend more than £30 there or get anything valuable or crucial.

I've reserved myself to geting heatsinks or fans only from them, I nearly bought an expensive GFX card from them, thnk god i didn't.

I have orderd from their before, as you have mentioned their customer service is as good as a dead cat in italy serving pizzas.

Though in saying that, their prices are good and the deilvery does come within 2 weeks. So fret not, but may take a while.

Used Overclockers a few times...never had a problem so can't comment on customer services. Goods always despatched on time and delivered promptly by their courier.

Orderd my Item on 29th June at 9pm.

Came on July the 1st at 1pm.

Took 1 day to process and sort, then half a day to send. I dont see anything wrong with their service, just customer support is horrendous.

its not a just .
good customer service is key and wot would happen if all gois wrong and you need to send product back . or the order never came or ect.

if their customer service is ghit dont buy as they will continue to be shit aslong as they keep making sales.

its likebuying from ebay . if you cannot contact the seller . is it worth the risk and hassle of buying from them???

no so dont

peace peeps

They dispatched it yesterday just after i re-ordered it and now i am waiting on Royal Mail, just hope nothing is wrong with it when i get it coz it will be a bitch to send back or contact them about it.

The problems only happened coz it was the 1st time using that credit card with them and i wanted it delivered to a different address so the automated fraud protection thingy stopped it going through. They do have a message service on the website which they respond to quite quickly but that's not as good as having customer services on the end of a phone line

cant wait for it to come so i can play source at higher frame rates and BF2!!!!!! rawr
