I have been watching sum films on my pc, but i use winfast dvd and it's rubbish, I wana kno wots the best program for watching dvds?

powerdvd and remember to enable hardware acceleration.

i watch dvd's on me widescreen lappy :P in a screen res 1920x1200 and the quality is great :)

you can pick up a copy for about 10 pound ( UK )

You can download DivX converters and buy a Div X player for under £50.

As normal into TV and play or watch on your comp.

Yeah powerdvd is the best tbh...it comes included with most DVD Roms/writers...see if any of your mates have got it and you should be able to borrow it and install it.

If you cant get one...we have plenty of spare ones in our shop im sure i'd be able to get one out to you if your in the UK. PM me if your struggling.

I got powerdvd 6

But yeah it looks good and plays my DVD's good ... thanx guys.

PowerDVD is great prog, I use it myself.

However, can anyone help with a problem I got with it.

I sometimes get load of green dots all over the screen when I watch a DVD. It dosen't happen in Windows Media Player, only in PowerDVD.

I've tried removing and reinstalling but to no avail... :(
