Computer freezing up during games

I've had a problem with freezing and pixelation for few days now. I first happened during when I was playing Minecraft and now I happened right after I watched the intro movie of Payday 2 and everytime I try to start Payday it allways stops after the intro and looks like this.

I'm now scanning for any viruses or malwares and I'll update my graphic card drives. Other than that I'm not sure what should I do. Any help?

Oh yeah, sorry.
I have XP Professional SP3,
Intel Core2 Duo CPU E8 200 @ 2,66 Ghz,
3,2 GB Ram,
Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT.

all drivers up to date?
Update your chipset drivers with this: (I take you have intel chipset as you have intel CPU and not NVidia chipset)

I updated the drivers and it didn't help. Still gives me this pixelation. Could it be possible that gfx card is busted?
EDIT: None of my games seems to work anymore. Eeryone of them gets the same damn pixelati.

Not yet. Need to have a paycheck first before I can a new one... The current graphiccard is five years old anyway.

There's nothing wrong with the memory. It just needs GPU reflow, 3 minutes at 100°C and 10 minutes at 200°C. I wouldn't use an oven though.

I bought new graphix card and it should arrive next week. I got it for 70 euros.
