freeze in CSS.

Well, game freezes randomly for like 1sec or less. Might be 3 or more minutes between each freeze. And it does the exact same thing in COD4 and CS:GO. Games like LoL etc, no problem at all.

Been googling around but couldnt really find anything that worked so far. It's not that huge a deal though, but to get it fixed would be kinda sweet.

And running Win7 Ult 64bit. Rates should be fine too, and connection.
