I just this minute finished watching A Very Long Engagement.
Its a beautiful film and i've a lot of time for it.
Audrey Tautou is a fantastic actress, Jean-Pierre Jeunet directs the film along incredibly, and the score ties the film together.
I loved it.
8/10 at least.

I just watched Pathology http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0964539/

It was pretty sick movie. But watchable.

I'm tempted to give Amelie a try, i have a thing for french cinema. My knowledge of french cinema is small but i'm eager to view more.

I watched The City of Lost Children last night and the resemblance and particular scenes are so reminiscent of Bioshock, especially the little sisters and big daddy concepts. Other then noticing these few things it was a brilliant movie, visually stunning and very..'French'..dare i say?

I saw The Science of Sleep (also somewhat French).

I don't think I really "got it", in much the same way Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (same director) left me feeling a bit miffed in that everyone around me gave rave reviews of it and it seemed to leave a lasting impression on them while I felt fairly indifferent about the whole thing. :? I'll probably watch it again some time, hopefully in one sitting and then maybe it'll click. I really want to like it.

Gremlins, Drillbit Taylor, Forgetting Sarah Marshall (there were cocks in that movie :(), Harold and Kumar escape from Guantanamo Bay... (a bit too much of everything, funny though), 21, In Bruges, National Treasure 2 and "The onion movie" (was just a bunch of sketches, to be fair - it sucked)

Just watched Timeline.
For what is a really good story, the film is such a let down.
Didn't feel particularily entertained, and wasn't impressed with some of the acting.
