[Book] A request

Postby BenJy! on Mon Nov 30, 2009 1:42 pm

Just finished reading Clive Barkers: The Damnation Game and thoroughly enjoyed every page. I'm wondering if any of you could recommend me anymore stories with a Faustian theme?

Thanks in advance!

Sorry mate, all I can think of is the obvious: Goethe's Faust :P
Or perhaps Dr Faustus by Marlowe

Oooh or The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde?

Not quite cenobites though, I know.

How about Tom Holt's 'Faust Among Equals' ??

its a comedic interpretation of how the Faust story may have continued. should be able to pick up a 2nd hand copy from amazon for about 1p (+£2.75 p+p)

I have heard that the Damnation game is a perfect depiction of a horror novel? I never got the chance to read it as half of the time I am busy providing hnd assignments writing help, but I am a huge fan of horror novels and movies. If that is so, then I will literally take out time and read it. Also, does it have a movie? I mean, watching the movie is easier!

AESsuccess stands for American education service. It is basically a student credit institution that manages the loan payment accounts of the students. It is one of the few credit managers who have signed a deal with the Ministry of Education to administer and manage student loans under various federal programs.
