One of the funniest episodes they have ever done for me. I really think that they got Jamie Oliver spot on in the creme fraiche episode

It wasn't brilliant, and you won't meet many people who dislike Apple and their policies as much as me...

Hope next week's is better.

Thought it was a good start to the series. Not one of their best, but it was good. I know they can do better, and I am looking forward to next weeks

I thought these first two episodes were pretty weak. I hope they get back into form soon.

where's the "real" south park humor that I love so much. ep 1 & 2 where alright but I expected even more.

I have to agree, it really hasn't been a good start in the first couple of weeks.

Bad news: the third episode is even less funny than the first two :(

I actually thought it was better than the other two (although not by much). But then I'm one of those people that don't really care about the royals and got fed up with the wedding coverage.

I agree with you, Wolf, I thought it was marginally better and did chuckle a few times at least.

I'm worried though that a Terrence and Philip type episode has been one of the better ones so far...

I think the problem is, at least for me, South Park is at it's best when they are smart. Usually they are making a point or they are doing a really good parody of something. So far it has been a bit too slapstick and random.

I think previous seasons have sometimes taken a while to get rolling so hopefully they get better. They do put these together over a tiny amount of time compared to other shows so I guess if they are having a bad few weeks it can impact multiple episodes.

Last season was strong, possibly the strongest one yet. There were a few excellent episodes (like the Facebook one) and as Wolfbullet says, then they are being clever it's a winner. This season feels very flat so far. Last night's episode seemed to be built around 'stupid royal wedding traditions' with little thought about the content. It was also (to me) a rather odd choice of things to take the piss out of as royal weddings aren't significantly weirder than normal weddings. There re far more bizarre English traditions they could have sent up.

However, the fact that most of the episodes are available to watch online without the dreaded 'Not available in your country' means I'm pretty forgiving of them :)

This newest episode is the best of this season so far, or is it just me??
