Lone survivor

the film is based on some snipers being sent behind enemy lines to search and destroy a key taliban target.

My father was a sergeant major in the army, now retired, so i have some natural ambitions to be in the army but i chose to follow my grandads footsteps and go into construction to build rather then destroy. Although now 28 nearing 29 i still get those natural urges and they resurface with a passion after watching a film such as a this.

The film is based on a true story, and for anyone into there actions movies/guns this definitly hits all the right notes and having watched this fantastic movie, it brought a tear to my eye knowing it was based on a true story.

this is a must see movie and i highly recommend it.

The next BlackHawkDown, awesome war film that does a great job of not glorifying war and tells the story of those soldiers who the film is based upon well. Captivating, gritty and memorable.

Actually a film I saw awhile back and made my brother watch the other day - excellent film and highly recommended.
No. I am not a nice man. It's important that you understand that. It's going to save you a great deal of time and effort. There is not a warmer, kinder me waiting to be coaxed out into the light. I am acerbic. I can be cruel. It's who I am. Right to the bottom. I'm neither proud of this, nor ashamed of it. It simply is. And in my work, my nature has been an advantage far more often than it has been a hindrance. I'm not gonna change.
