Watched Arsenal v Celtic, we were very very lucky, we had afew chances and were lucky that the ref didn't see the handball aswell.

We didn't have a bad game it was a fairly balanced one our defence looked strong and the team looks better without Adebayor and Toure, Vermaelen has been doing really well for us, he's made crucial interseptions which Toure would just leave some someone else, a very good buy imo.

Celtic were quite poor.. The crosses from the wings were appalling.. Arsenal to win this by 5 on agg I'd say.

I think there's something wrong behind the scenes in the dressing room personally, Dean. I hope I'm wrong...

Arsenal turning on the style against Celtic now. The first goal was never a penalty, though. Eduardo conned the ref good and proper there. Cheat!

Chelsea and arsenal got good groups...could be tricky for Utd and pool. best group imo is the Milan real one.

Olympiakos are the only team that could cause us trouble, rather pleased with the draw, will deffinatly watch the real Madrid games though.

Villa out of Europe already. :?

But considering the size of the squad, and the fact there's a whole season ahead, maybe that's not such a bad thing...

Sports Arbitration is a joke in general.

Needs to be far more independent in my opinion.

apparently there was proof that he didn't dive and there was contact.

There's no need for the hate, Rooney gets away with the dive v Arsenal and slovenia, Ronaldo gets away with alot of dives, drogba, adebayor the list is endless, the main point Arsenal appealed about was that it's not consistent and not all players are getting punished for blatant diving.

after adebayor's conduct this weekend he shouldnt be allowed to play football every again, and yes i know the people u listed dive, everyone u listed i dislike and i do think they dive, BUT someone needs to get nailed for it badly which hopefully would put people off it!

its not going to. video refereeing may help it. but the FIA dont want it, which seems to be the only logical way of doing anything.

once a player dives and gets a penalty and scores they wont change the scoreline nor replay the game i dont think, look at that goal that never was for crystal palace, the goal blatantly went into the net so a goal was scored, the ref didnt allow it, everyone saw it was a goal at the end yet the scoreline was not changed nor was there a replay.

technology wont help, there will always be something that wont be able to be solved.

the sport need better sportsmanship imo, theres just not enough of it anymore! if i remember correctly, fowler got a penalty and he said it wasnt, and didnt he just pass the ball bk to the keeper?!?! thts sportsmanship! thts wot is needed, not video technology!

Arsenal playing tonight, not looking foward to it because of the following injuries:

MANUEL ALMUNIA

ROBIN VAN PERSIE

DENILSON

ANDREY ARSHAVIN

JOHAN DJOUROU

THEO WALCOTT

SAMIR NASRI

CARLOS VELA

LUKASZ FABIANSKI

Which means we are with our 3rd choice keeper! Who really does lack experience! Hopefully Rosicky can work something upfront and maybe Bentdner and Eduardo can form a good partnership.

Maybe a narrow win or draw.
