Well a 3-1 loss against a Man City team that's destroying everyone isn't terrible, so I'm not too upset our unbeaten run ended. Ryan Taylor got exposed for the none-defender he is though - I hope Davide Santon starts playing soon.

Man United next, I'm actually not fearing them nearly as much. A draw would be great.

United's midfield is atrocious and if it ain't sorted, we're in serious trouble.

The derby was really good, the Mackems should be happy with their draw.

Ashley Young has had a pretty good week I have to say.

Tottenham had a somewhat weakened midfield, but they were too clueless at the back to put up a fight really.

The big question; Was it a goal or did the ref call it right?

For me as a neutral, somewhat leaning towards preferring Spurs, I think the ref called the handball correctly.

It may not have been deliberate and in fact probably wasn't, but without it I don't think Adebayor would've had the ball under control.

See this is where the deliberate debate that pundits love to go on about falls down. It shouldn't be whether it's deliberate or not it should be if your sodding arm is sticking out then after the decision if it is adjudged to be deliberate further actions could be taken ala red cards. It's relatively easy to play footy without waving your hands towards to ball.

It certainly wasn't a card offense, I mean he did try to get out of the way, but I agree with the ref. The ball was going away from him but then his hand played it right back to his foot.

Chelsea... HONESTLY. I hope you lose your Champions league spot after that.

Agreed there, one of the signings of the season no doubt - where would Newcastle be if he'd arrived in August!?

Well they are the questions you have to ask yourself, i thought sacking Hughton and brining in Pardrew was a mistake
but that gamble has paid dividens!! Would be nice to see them established as a big club again though i must say

The one and only (literally).

Glad Blackburn is going down. Now for Bolton.

Will be good to have a full change (as in all promoted teams stay up). It is better for the Premiership.
