So decided to start with boxing after X-mas!
And i want to get very good at it but i only have 2 days with traning /week...
So i want some help and maby links that make me better at boxing.
I want to exercise at home alot.
I wanna learn:
*How to punch Faster , cuz i punch fast as a turtle and Chad Dawnson make 25 punches at 5sec...
*How to breathe
*How to get harder hits, like take the power from the legs and up trough the body and in to the punch.
*How to get more quicker and alert, like a bunny on steorids
