I can see a bit of a backlash against Portugal in their final game, but it might be too little too late, and Portugal are no pushover at any rate...

I think no matter what happens with this match (which seems to be Kick-off 19:00 CET), they will follow the schedule on all other days, if circumstances allow it.

Voltorb?

Well played England, Sweden's defence has been shit so far but today it look promising.
Still football is a simple game, you need to score more then you concede. Sweden didn't do it today nor did they do it against Ukraine. I just hope we can beat France in the last game and get some positive form this tournament.

Best game of tournament so far. Sweden gave everything which they had to. England just too strong and fast against a tiring defence. Melberg is a beast.
But I'm feeling good, And if you don't exist, you're still one illusion that I can't resist

CAN I REFER YOU TO MY LAST POST - WHY IS WALCOTT NOT TAKEN MORE SERIOUSLY?!

This game was a PRIME example of why I rave about walcott. If I need to say more, you're blind and stupid.

Walcott is too inconsistent and has one of the worst decision making brains in football although I'd pick him more often than not if the other choice is that plodder Milner (who can only do a decent cross when no one is in the box). He should start the next game.

Based on the Sweden game I'd play this:

----------------Hart
Johnson - Terry - Lescott - Cole
Welbeck - Gerrard - Parker - Walcott
----------Rooney - Carroll

Johnson was a mug, 24/7 out of position, only pulled off a few good tackles tracking back because he was completely out of position in the first place.

Milner can jog on too, waste of space, Walcott (AAAAARSENAL! AAAAARSENAL!) to start and the Ox to come on early in the second half for someone, everyone knows he's gonna score at some point.
