His dad seems to have a soft spot for us as he's told him not to go to Swansea this season too!
Would be tempted by Adam, but yet to see our signings Noguera and Robertson get any real time. Would rather have Adam than Barry Ferguson taking up a good chunk of our wage bill that's for sure!

Shelvey is a player I've admired since his Charlton days, had a great spell with us on loan and rate him higher than Adam also.

Wouldn't say our club has a bond, just that our chairman is a tightarse and loaning players is cheaper! Hence why we loan from anyone and everyone!

I think it's fair enough that he doesn't spend big on players, I just wish he would reinvest the money we receive from player sales and Prem parachute payments into the club rather than into his hotels (as well as spending a proportion of a player sale on a replacement!). Our training facilities are dire and we're still slowly building a stadium.

So we (Blackpool) have finally signed an out-and-out striker in the shape of Michael Chopra. A player who has over the past year been struggling with gambling debts and addiction. Blackpool, the place of arcades and many casinos... I'd be surprised if he made it to the opening fixture! I certainly wouldn't bet on it

Really glad that Wolves kept Griffiths but the lack of signings is a little worrying especially as we have/ and are in the process of moving a few players along we need a couple more decent signings to push the youngsters so they don't think they are getting a free ride.

Would have loved Luke Murphy from Crewe but he was always going to move to a bigger club.
