Also; Was it just me or did the graphics in that royally blow? It's most obvious at the very start of the vid, I sure hope it was made ages ago and just posted late.

I was looking forward to a more 'serious' Metal Gear in this urban warfare setting, lets hope splinter cell runs with the idea and does it right.

I was mainly thinking of the Robotic wolf.

It makes me laugh on MGS as you have this ultra realistic combat sim with realistic weapons, squad AI, then they stick in a Bloke that can control bees, I can even accept the Metal Gears themselves, but hey that's Japan for you!

Sure, but if you knew about how clothes are textured you would know it's done correctly.



Look at this, it has the same "problem" you describe. And what is this game, you ask? Only Bioshock, the most graphically advanced game currently available.

2 things:
1) We are watching an encoded video, not a live feed from the console
2) The console is not perfect, I've seen Gears of War give some appalling graphics until the 360 finishes the damn rendering, so it may just be a visible lag between the model and textures fully loading!

I cant remember the entire story so far and i know ill probably just get a link it MGS wiki or something but where is solid snake, liquids been mentioned as the big bad and snake the original is the old guy with the eye patch but ive also seen an old guy without a n eye patch so is that s.snake. is it just an old model or is he dead and i just forgot ??
