[PS3 Move games]

Postby Silkie on Tue Aug 26, 2014 5:20 pm

I was thinking of adding the Move stuff to my PS3 and wondered if anyone had any recommendations for games or what to get in the way of charging docks etc.

So far I'm looking at these bits.

Move Starter Pack with PlayStation Eye Camera and Move Controller
Sony PlayStation 3 Move Navigation Controller
Sony Sharp Shooter - Move Compatible (PS3)

I have one compatible game already and can pick up a few cheap mainly shooters but maybe a sports or training one. Also Okami HD.

A dock would seem to be a good idea but beyond that I'm not sure.

I have three of the Wonderbook games which are great fun for any 8 year olds you might want to entice impress.

I get all my games through PS+ so I generally never know whether they support the Move or not. I plan on buying the gun but am too lazy at the moment.

I was thinking of getting two of the controllers because.

a) multi player.

b) The fight which looks good for working up a sweat and getting some frustration out of my system.

I held fire on the 2nd controller and bought the setup for a light gun as I already own Resistance 3. I do likes me some pwew-pwew-pwew. :D

Gamestation and 3 cheap but good games.

Racket Sports - simple but fun.

The Fight - think more a training programme than a game. I need that second controller but Danny Trejo still got me sweating buckets as the trainer from hell.

Goldeneye Reloaded 007 - Needs some tweaking but looks good.

I was looking at the knock-off accessories this morning but couldn't decide between the assault rifle and the MK5. They also had some sort of blunderbuss which seemed pretty impractical for most games.

I must say the lightgun is pretty good. I bought the Shoot along with a 2nd hand extra move and FIFA13. The Shoot is a quite nice rails shooter which nearly kills me as you physically duck and swerve to dodge as well as spin in a circle to activate a slomo powerup. I just need a game that uses the pump action feature now.
