Friendly Criticisms :
Too much reverb for my liking, although it is used to good effect.
Vocals need to be heard with a variety of songs, some of your own or an original or two composed for you.
I worked in the music industry for many years and have first hand experience with composers, producers, and so called record industry experts. The latter I certainly hold a lot of disdain for, since they couldn't tell one good musician from the next most of the time.
Criteria used by record company muppets have absolutely nothing to do with the reality. rant over
Their outlook when visiting recording studios to look at prospective musicians for their books, (personal experience) doesn't matter how good a singer you are, its all choreography and being able to not look wooden whilst performing. A band is different but the lead artist should be dynamic. As you can see this rules out a lot of decent singers who will never get a look in, unless they have a large supportive public already.
I wish you the very best of luck with this, since you are clearly a good singer.
