Fix?

So i decided to make a cs go klan named: PhenomenalFive (PH5).
And i wounder if someone could help me make a "logo"?
The idea was a lion with the name;

But i do not have photoshop or so...
Can some one make the "lines" dissapear and make the lion in diffrent colours?
(green,blue,purple,red,grey)

Example what my m8 could do (but he´s also without "right program".)

Well, if you were the owner of that image, you wouldn't have to remove those lines, would you? Not to make you feel unwelcome, but I for one am not gonna rip off someone's image just like that. I can give you a tip though, pixlr.com has much of the Photoshop functionality and you wouldn't have to download anything. Otherwise GIMP, it an even closer to Photoshop image manipulation program, it's free.

Are these image yours? if so, why are the lines there in the first place?
