Never EVER give out your password or even your username! Nothing at all. Even on email. All Steam employees that should know anything like that know it already, and anyone else DO NOT AND SHOULD NOT! DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD! EVER!

I think that if steam support (the real one) need your password and user name, so can they certainly find that out without asking! or :?: what do you think :?:

Steam support will never ask you for your password, I thought this was obvious at the start of every friends conversation. Nor would they ever need your password.

Tbh you have to be a damn huge idiot to fall for this.

Why would a company ask for your password, when its on their database?

Lmao

I know alot of people don't read the Terms and Conditions, but it says several times that Steam or any Valve member of staff will NOT ask you for your account name and password.

Im going to assume most of the people that lose their password are 10-14 years olds with no common sense at all

Its not AS EXTREME as this, but its almost like a banker asking for your pin.....
