during the time i made that vid, i searched about a lot for tips and tricks, and came across this vid featuring tigii, voted the best sniper in europe. pretty insane if you ask me.. lots of other quality movies on that site as well, although its spanish :)

Holy crap, what reaction time! You can barely see some of the victims before he shoots. 0_0 Very damn nice, as expected of the best European sniper.

veeeery nice.
his playing style is like mine, with all the crazy running around and quick scoping, except i cant react no where near THAT fast. the one with the 3 dudes at anzio bridge. the way he got the running dudes head with such precision and speed, was scary. im sure some of us UKCS snipers occasionally can go on a spree and pull off such shots at such speed. but msot probably not as consistently?

lets also not forget, this is a frag video made on a public server, im still yet to come across a pub that has skilled players like UKCS. alot of the time there were people already aimed at him but for some reason not shooting >_>
slowness :O

but yeah, i see why hes voted europes best sniper :O

actually, its taken from different matches he's played in, which can be seen at the people he shoots. theyve all got the same tags. and i think thats what seperates players, you've got the ones that are very good on public servers (UKCS as you mentioned), and then theres the ones who are good in matches, and maybe not that good (relative) in pubs.

i find that snipers that are good in matches are also good in pub's, its other classes that differ sometimes.

and tbh, they way he plays should be like every snipers style, in public and especially if you are in a clan.

one thing i noticed about his unscoping, is that some of the shots is not quick switch (double tap Q), but it just unscopes a lot faster than it would with a normal unscoping. do you see this too? read somewhere that this could be because of dx10? :?

really?!
if things like using different direct x's can affect the speed of scoping then this HAS to be looked into.
because ive noticed sometimes people can scope MUCH quicker than me, and others and its like "well, we are using the same weapon what gives"
im on 8.1 as far as i know.

read it at zpgaming.net forums i think. what they said though was the actual scoping was faster, didnt mention anything about unscoping, but i guess this goes under the same category. that fast scoping can be seen if you register and download the movie "bittersweet - anticip8".

http://forums.ukcs.net/viewtopic.php?t=25991 is the topic i made about it. further explanation is in the post.

edit, looks like my vid's been deleted. ill put it back up when i get home.

hes good, he scopes really fast and reloads quicker than normal too. if you look at the segment that starts at 54 seconds, hes reloading quicker than usual, which leads me to belive the video is speeded up in places
