This is my take on it.
The first bit is the pyro flying in obviously. A little nervous but consoling himself with his favoutite pass time - FIRE!
Cut to a scene of the soldier introducing this new member to the rest of the team.
"This is the pyro ladies! Listen uo because you just might learn something"
"I hope you will all join me in inviting the pyro into the war effort" *slaps back*
The sniper pipes up.
"That little wanker can't teach me nuthin' mate"
To which the soldier retorts.
"Hold your tongue maggot! Let him speak!"
The pyro then gets his axe out and mumbles incoherently.
The scout is furious,
"Well what the hell is this crap, YOU are gonna tell ME about bashing heads?"
The demo adds,
"Aye, many have felt my cold broken bottle in anger" and takes a swig of his 'Scrumpeh'
The engineer also gets involved,
"Hell I smashed three spy skulls already today and that's before breakfast."
The demo then wraps up with,
"Is that gimp mask wearing window licker gonna tell us something we don't know?.
The soldier defends him,
"What you are about to hear is how the pyro does things, like I said, pay attention."

"OK"
"Well generally I tend to ambush people in moments of confusion, often retreating from danger to leave the after effects of my searing flame to finish them off."
"I am feared and respected by all and can take down an entire squad with the help of a clever medic"
The pyro then overhears the Russian man mountain whisper,
"I not understand teeny masked person!"
TRANSLATION
"Oh dear, they do not seem to comprehend my mask inhibited speech, I shall have to be more graphic."
"Yes, I've got it! Now where's that shopping list?"
"Ah, here it is, perfect!"
*fumble, rip, tear*
*BURN*
"Viola! One crispy enemy team!"
The medic is speechless but not the demo,
"I like the pyro, mad as a hatter!"
The soldier then congratulates the pyro,
"Welcome aboard!"
The pyro however, having been encapsulated by the flames has already begun daydreaming about his next random act of arson.

Thanks to brutal, my Serbian homeboy for the sig.
