TF2 Desktop wallpaper from F5 Screenshot?

Hey all
Just wondering how you lot set your screenshots of TF2 as your desktop wallpapers, as i seem to have a long winded route to do this and wondered if there's an easier way.
As it saves it as a TGA image, i have to open the screenshot i want, in C: drive, Program files, STEAM, SteamApps, 'my username' folder, Team Fortress 2, tf, and finally screenshots folder(i've since put a shortcut on my desktop to save going thru this process every time), click on a picture, edit (at top) and copy, then edit and paste it into paint in windows xp, if i free-form (star shape) and select(rectangular box to the right of star), then click top left and bottom right, then edit(at top) and copy to(a folder or somewhere) it'll save it as BITMAP which i can then use on desktop as my wallpaper.
Seems long winded to me
, i've tried a TGA to JPEG download thing but that didn't see any TGA files on my computer, hence the long winded steps just to set it as my desktop pic.
Any help? I'm not exactly a computer wizz-kid
so step-by-step would be useful! Or a link.
Unless i'm the only one sad enough to want a TF2 screenshot as my desktop feel free to throw handfuls of virtual chocolate-covered marsh mellows at me!
Mmm....
