Charity Stream 2: Electric Boogaloo - 01/07/14

OK, BIG THANK YOU POST HEREWEGO!

Thanks to everyone that made our second stream the amazing experience it was! The total as it stands is £1485 (£1698.63 with Gift Aid) - the generosity of our community continues to astound me.

Organisation & Running
ApacheFlame and Xerxes for once again getting the servers and twitch ready for me.
Dauntless and Steff [DK] for handling our little CS:GO hour.
Marnick for handling our little CSS hour at the last minute.
R3pt1l3 for designing the event page and in-game poster.

I really don't know how you both managed to stay awake for all that time without A) going nuts, B) medical complications, or C) keeling over in mid-game. I certainly couldn't have done it but, so well done, you were brilliant Here's to the next one.

Well, from my experience if you plan it well it isnt too hard. Youll be tired at the end though, thats for sure (unless you practice doing these events).

I often enough already wake up at 8 and start working at 9 (note 15m traveltime). And i had weekends where i kept going on till 7. And that was with alcohol, without you surely should be able to last alot longer, and without work you also should be less tired.

Still, the chalenge is to keep going on all that time and to spend the time for such event (which i probably wont do).

To me the chalenge doesnt have to be hard, its the spirit for doing the chalenge that matters.
