Having a quick run 'round it's the usual hack job of getting rid of the snow...
Serious people, it isn't hard selecting the snowy textures and clicking "replace" and then a generic grassy texture... At least replace the Soundscapes (the ambient sound) with something that doesn't sound like a blizzard? The extra route into last is much needed although offers an extra sniper sight line which lets one look all the way into the 3rd cap without having to be under an pressure at all. Adding say one of those corrugated sheets near the stairs maybe a cheap but effective solution to this -- There's already a nice Sniper spot overlooking 3rd from 4th, we don't need another. I also like the fact that defenders can't see what's to their left (that little room with the stairs) unless they jump up and check, allows for a good place to organise a push now.
