ok now to the tutorial!
1. First of all you need something you want. The best is to use a picture that has a background out of one colour. (I'm using a Cobra's spray for this now.)

save it as a .tga make sure you save it as a 32 bit per pixel for high quality! (this file supports transparant background)
2. If you've done that open the .tga and select the magic wand and klick on the background

3. Delete the selected background by hitting your Delete button and you'll get this

4. Now select the image

and copy it by doing Ctrl+c.
5. Now start a new file.

(I'm doing 512 by 512 pixels now, you can allways do 256 by 256, aslong it's multiplied from 2 by 2, CSS will resize it to 256 by 256 it's self)
6. Now paste it in your new file with Ctrl+v.

7. It's a little small the picture, right? let's make it a little bigger... select the picture and Edit>Transform>Scale.

8. You'll get this

Now you can make it larger by dragging the squares.
9. Now let's put in some text shal we?
select the text tool

and if you make it even better you can go to blending options by right klicking on the text layer and choose Blending options.

Now i'm going to use stroke to get an outside colour, you can select collor and also make it transparant with the opacity, to make the overall text transparant go to the Blending options : Default

This is what i did.

10. After you've done this save it as .tga and if you want to edit your spray in the future i'd recommend saving it as a .psd

11. Open CSS and go to options, import spray and import it from the folder you've saved it! and have fun!
If you're too lazy or still don't understand this, i'm willing to make you a sprayprint, but you must say please and say thank you
