UKCS Mega Game Servers

Hey, Just wondering with the release of L4D2 will the existing L4D servers be converted into L4D2 servers or will they remain as L4D servers?
Or even will there be additional servers assigned to deal with L4D2?
Just thought some light could be shone on this.

There are 3 L4D servers now, will there also be 3 L4D2 servers?

Also with the new game mode (scavenge) will it get it's own server or will it be put on the same server as Versus? (they both support 8 players).

We will be looking into this in more detail between now and November 17th, but yes UKCS will definitely be having some L4D2 servers

As the dedicated server software from valve etc isn't out yet for TC to get his hands on, we don't know exactly how it will all be set-up but details will be posted here when we have them.

It does highlight an issue with this method of server hosting, UKCS may have the resources to host both but others may have to choose one or the other, and its quite clear they would choose L4D2. Even now it can be tricky to connect a stable L4D server, shudder to think how it will be a few weeks into L4D2 retail release.

I'll be creating a private L4D2 server for the month after it comes out for use by me and some of those that ask me to use it.
