Well, I'm going to basically post links to all the webcomics I read, and give a short review of them. Feel free to add your own brief reviews of webcomics you read along with a url, or even your own webcomic, but no OMG THIS COMIX ROX LOL!!!1!! posts, lets have impartial reviews describing the theme and style of the comic.
I've marked some of the comics as possibly not work safe, but that's a pretty conservative judgment. Nothing here is going to get anyone over 12 in trouble with their parents, I don't think, or anything like that. Unless your parents are right wing Christians who think the word sex is a sin. In which case shoot them. Then read the comic.
Also I've provided a sample strip for each comic, to try and give more of an idea of what the comic is like. But remember, there is no way I can sum up any comic by picking just one strip, so if you have time, try and read the whole thing

Lets get going. Comics are in a sorta alphabetical order, but it sort of falls apart at the end. Everything underlined is a link, so get clickin'!
1. Alien Dice
A serious sci-fi comic about a girl who gets caught up with the player of an intergalactic game of life and death, which is a bit like Pokemon in idea (but not in childish presentation, I hasten to add), and the player she meets, who is himself another pawn in the game, forced to fight for the rest of his life, not even able to kill himself to escape the game. All the comics are well drawn and in colour, but because of complicated speech bubbles it can be a little hard to follow on occasion, but all the comics are accompanied by the same scene written in reasonably professional prose, so following the storyline is never much of an issue. Updated irregulally, currently most days.

2. Angels 2200
Another serious sci-fi comic about a group of female space fight pilots (no, not like that, there's no nudity), documenting their training, and now beginning their moving into a combat zone. This comic is really an epic space opera, the characters really have, well, character and they are constantly evolving. The comic is extremely well drawn, but is 90% black and white. A short feature film being made by the writer (he's an amatuer director) is currently being shot. The comic is updated on Mondays and Fridays, with Wednesday updates containing fillers, from odd artwork to fanart, pretty much anything really. Possibly not work safe or suitible for young children, but not the sort of thing teenagers are going to get in trouble from their parents or over or anything.

3. Bizarre Uprising
Bizarre indeed: this comic is almost anime porn in style, but not, as there is no ACTUAL nudity, just frequent sex scenes in which you see everything except the interesting stuff. Ahem. A rather weird story line about relationships and the main character is a vampire, except not in the traditional sense. Contains a little comedy, but is mainly serious. Black and white, well drawn. Possibly not work safe or suitible for young children, but not the sort of thing teenagers are going to get in trouble from their parents or over or anything. Updated Mondays.

4. Ctrl + Alt + Del
Ok well, most of you have probably seen Ctrl Alt Del, but for those who havent its a well drawn and usually funny comic about a pair of gamers, interspersed with the odd game parody comic. Well drawn and very funny, with an ongoing storyline that makes it more interesting to follow (in my opinion) than the likes of Penny Arcade. Drawn in glorious cell shaded colour, this comic is a must read for more serious gamers with a good sense of humour. Updated Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

5. Diesel Sweeties
This one is a quite funny and rather random comic primarily about the relationship between a robot and his human wife, and the antic of their friends and family. DS is a spirte comic (drawn on a very low resolution, ie with visible pixels), which puts a lot of people off. Updated weekdays
SAMPLE COMIC
6. Krakow
Krakow is a well done and very funny comedy story about a boy who attempts to summon a demon, but ends up with a Succubi. Good onging storyline, and also well drawn and full colour. Again, not actually pornographic despite the subject. Has rather drifted off any particular plotline, is more just a comedy. Updated Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
SAMPLE COMIC
7. Penny Arcade
Probably the biggest webcomic out there, PA has been going for about 5 years. A comedy comic about two gamers with no ongoing storyline, about gaming, gaming parodies, with some general comedy strips. Well drawn, full colour. If you've heard of a webcomic, chances are its this one. Not my personal favorite, but i can definately see why it's so massivly popular. Updated Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
SAMPLE COMIC
8. Queen of Wands
Interchanging between comedy and seriousness, Queen of Wands is a "my life" type comic, centered around Kestrel a twenty something woman living with her best friend and her ex, who are now married. Very well drawn in full colour. Possibly not work safe or suitible for young children, but not the sort of thing teenagers are going to get in trouble from their parents or over or anything. Updated Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

9. Questionable Content
Again, a misleading title, as this is one of the least dirty of the lot (comparitivly, none of them are that dirty), a couple of mentions of the word porn and i think that's it. A well drawn full colour comic about a boy and girl who happen to live together but who arent in an actual relationship. Describes themselves as a comic for Indie kids and computer geeks. Well, I'm not Indie and I like them so... oh. Bugger. Anyway, mostly comedy, a little "my life" stuff too. Updated every weekday.
SAMPLE COMIC
10. Sword in Hand
Well drawn full colour comic fantasy about a bunch of different bumbling characters (and gods) in this made up world. Very, very funny and well worth reading. Thinking about it, this comic is actually really hard to describe, so make sure you read it and decide for yourself. Updated very irregularly now, but the back comics are WELL worth a read.
SAMPLE COMIC
11. Van Von Hunter
Comedy fantasy about a bumbling vampire/zombie/troll etc hunter and his chance companion. Black and white, but very well drawn (come to think of it, most of these comics are pretty well drawn...). This comic doesnt take itself seriously, they had a "10th comic celebration comic", joking they'd never reach 100, and at one stage early on had a character who could summon technology from the future, but didnt understand it, culminating in a B2 bomber being used against our hero. As catapault ammunition. All very silly. Updated Sundays, quite often late, but it does get updated once a week without fail, normally by monday.
SAMPLE COMIC
12. VG Cats
Gaming comedy/parody comic, based around two anthropomorphic feline gamers. Very, very funny, but generally more so if you've played the games, a mixture of console and pc titles. Can't easily be described in general, as it varied from post to post. Very well drawn, in full colour. One of my very favorites, DEFINATELY worth checking out. Updated Mondays.
SAMPLE COMIC
13. Spamusement
Not STRICTLY a webcomic, but great nonetheless, Spamusement is a handdrawn comic/joke, where every day the author takes one of the sillier subject lines from the piles of spam emails he gets, and draws a comic based on a literal or silly interpriation of the title. Can't be described very well, you really need to see for yourself. Updated daily.
SAMPLE COMIC
14. Least I Could Do
Comedy webcomic about a sex mad twentysomething (again, sadly lacking on the dirty front suprisingly), and his friends. Ocassionaly the plot wanders off into unrelated parodies, but it's all very funny. Updated Monday through to Saturday.
SAMPLE COMIC
15. Loserz
Silly webcomic about a bunch of American teenagers. Mostly just arse and nerd jokes, but worth reading. Normally updated Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, but sometimes the updates can be a bit sporadic at best.
SAMPLE COMIC
16. The n00b
Very, very funny webcomic based in the fictional MMORPG of "clichequest". This read is a MUST for any mmorpg gamers out there, it's one of the funniest things I've read in a long time. Updated Mondays and Thurdays.
SAMPLE COMIC
17. Exterminatus Now (Reviewed by CheeseBanana!)
Very Funny British run webcomic. Drawing style is excellent and features plenty of great "one-off" drawings througout. Set In the future with 4 goverment "Men in black" style officers as the main characters with a gauranteed excellent joke in every comic. Also often pokes fun at itself and doesn't take itself too seriously
SAMPLE COMIC
18. Universe
Universe is a webcomic just kicking off, giving a silly and satirical account of the beginning of life, the universe, and well, everything! It's very short, and each comic is only 3 panels long, but it's WELL worth reading. Especially recommended for all you sciency types out there

And also: Buzzcomix
Not a webcomic itself, but instead a top 100 list. Always a good place to find your own webcomics in whatever genre you're interested in. Most of the bigger webcomics aren't in here though, like all webcomic lists its only used by the smaller and less established comics, however as such it lets you find them early on. A lot of the webcomics I read I started reading when they were smaller than they are now.
Hope you enjoy yourselves, that's what I made this thread for
