1. Valve released spy sniper update
2. Said update had a bug, valve released patch for bug a day later.
3. Not all servers have updated and you result in a water_dx80.pcf or memory crash error.
Solution is to find a server that has updated in the last 24 hrs or to wait until your regular servers load the update. That is all that can be done, its the server side issue as they haven't loaded the lastest update from valve.
or u can try this more than 5x times "verify cache files"
