steam give me Wrong Account`?

i did get my account back... the problem Was its wasnt my real account its has no nothing ! and when i ask about my real account they Say I have Tf2 on my real account But why They give me another account and then for like 10 min ago steam Have Close My account they gived me.... somone more who have same problem?

Steam would not be able to give your old account back if it has been hacked, but would give you a replacement account.
It is easier to just ban your old account and give you a replacement.

As for the new account, you need to talk to Steam and explain to them which games were registered to your original account.

There is another reason why they give you a new account. Many hacked accounts are used for cheating meaning you could be banned from alot of servers. A new account cleans out those bans.

Best is to do what LD said and show them some prove by images of serials you have or any other forms you have that can prove it.

The Bad thing They did do was to Shutdown The new account i did get.. same day i got it without anny game or annything


But the New Great News are That I got Back my old Account from steam. took verry long time to fight with Steam to even Get it and now i have it..!! and i happy over it ! and the good its its not Vac Banned By the hacker

I'm sorry to say this,but VAC status is delayed a few weeks to get all the cheats at the same time.

but like 3-4 years ago when i did have conuter-strike1.6 than i did use cheat and its took me like 5 days after i did cheat to get VAc ban
