I've been waiting for this game for ages, and have already pre-ordered. With the pre-order you receive closed beta access, which starts on Friday, which I coincidentally have off work!

I wondered if anyone else has the beta access and wants to party up - I'm planning to play with a friend and discover it all. So excited!

If you're interested, Games Planet are selling the pre-order for £29.99 with closed beta access - one issue is the UPlay client, but worth it I guess.

I got given access to the beta for it, true it's for the PS4 but I would like to give it a go before deciding if it's worth a purchase. I like the idea of it but just wanted to get a feel for the game before choosing to splash the cash or not

After the debacle of Rainbow 6, I'll not be pre-ordering any ubisoft game again. The game looks good but it ain't getting my vote of confidence until after game release.

Ok, so I played it all day today and it is fantastic. That had a lot to do with my party though!

Pretty glad I preordered, just wish the beta had more to do!

Open beta starts this weekend - February 19th on PC/PS and a day earlier for XBOX.

I had an hour yesterday night after getting in from work. Its quite good. I thought I would try it mainly because I knew it supported eye tracking with the steelseries/tobii hardware.

Okay, I take it all back. I still don't trust Ubi as far as I can spit them, but the game itself IS a lot of fun and I'll probably pick it up, solely because being a backstabbing asshat to randoms in Darkzones is too much fun to turn down.

Teamed up with a couple of dudes for an hour or so yesterday, then mowed 'em all down and snagged it all for myself at the extraction. It was a little bit beautiful, really. I fully support any game that allows emergent gameplay and has such a sense of tension and mutual distrust.

Ok, so whats people takes on this since the last BETA? Will people be buying? Do they see longevity in it? Any issues the people have seen?

I've preordered specifically to play with friends. The game is great fun to play, it's the best MMO/RPG near future themed dress up simulator I've ever played! Can't get enough of the trendy jackets.

Changes made were great, especially more NPCs in the Dark Zone, but I cannot wait for more missions, talents and the customisation of more signature skills.

It's not bad at all, but being that it's

1) Ubisoft
2) Online

I'd hold off buying it for a few weeks so you're able to play when you want without gamebreaking bugs and/or server issues making you jaded towards it from the get-go.
